It was only recently that the Palace Arms did away with their dinner jacket requirement, inviting a slightly more casual clientele. But the atmosphere here is still one of opulence, where the hotel’s celebrity guests choose to dine in style.
Everything here is top-notch with chandeliers, French antiques, deep-red leather booths and bone china. Service includes a tableside Caesar salad, bananas Foster, and martini cart. Foie gras is featured throughout the menu of the finest Colorado lamb, bison, and beef, all of which can be paired with a selection from the Palace Arms’s award-winning wine list.
Long considered one of Denver [2]’s very best restaurants, the Palace Arms is worth every extra penny spent.
