An easy 0.5-mile hike, Yawzi Point Trail follows the headland that separates the Little Lameshur and Great Lameshur Bays [1]. People suffering from yaws, a tropical skin disease, were sent to a quarantine camp here in the 18th and 19th centuries. The trail cuts through a dry forest before reaching the point.
