Long Bay

A long, straight stretch of sand set next to a picturesque sugarloaf mountain, Long Bay is a good beach for walking, sunning, and beachcombing. A buffer of rocks just offshore makes swimming difficult in most places. The best swimming area is near the western end of the beach, opposite a low rock bluff. The far western end of the beach is excellent for beachcombing. Food, drink, and restroom facilities are available at Long Bay Beach Resort [1]’s beachfront restaurant.
