The 19 air-conditioned rooms come with TV and phone, and the best have nice views of Road Harbour. Two-bedroom suites ($405) are also available. A popular restaurant and bar are downstairs, and the hotel is within walking distance of dozens of other places to eat.
Maria’s By the Sea (Waterfront Dr., 284/494-2595, fax 284/494-2420, www.mariasbythesea.com [3], $160–205 winter, $130–200 summer) has attractive views of Road Harbour, but no beach. Facilities include a pool, restaurant, and conference room, and the 38 air-conditioned rooms come with telephones and TV. There is one handicapped accessible room here and a two-bedroom suite. Maria’s is next door to the government administration building and is within easy walking distance to restaurants and the business center.
