The spirits of pirates and privateers inhabit the tidy pastel lanes of Salt Kettle, home to Bermudian mariners and merchants over hundreds of years. Turn off Harbour Road onto Salt Kettle Road and follow it down into the intriguing promontory, which, now laden with historic homesteads, waterside gardens, and picturesque bays, is invested with the island’s maritime history.
Two guesthouses are located here, Salt Kettle Guest House and Greenbank Guest Cottages. The Paget–Warwick ferry stops regularly at the public dock at the farthest point.
