North Shore Road’s rocky shoreline throughout Hamilton Parish [1]—from Flatts Inlet to Coney Island [2]—provides plenty of quiet coves, fishing spots, and swimming holes for adventurous travelers. The beauty of this shoreline is the lack of beach crowds (for there are few beaches). Instead, deep pristine water falls away from low rocks, from which the daring can dive. The shoreline, calmest when the wind is blowing from the south, is blanketed in reef life, making it ideal for snorkeling or kayaking.
