As with much of South Carolina [1], its capital has some good antique action. The largest antique malls near Columbia [2] proper are in the Vista: City Market Antiques Mall (705 Gervais St., 803/799-7722, Tues.–Sat. 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Sun. 2–5 p.m.) with over 65 dealers, and the massive Columbia Antique Mall (602 Huger St., 803/765-1584, Mon.–Sat. 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Sun. 1:30–5:30 p.m.).
Over the river, West Columbia has a sort of antiques colony of its own, at 763 Meeting Street Antique Mall (763 Meeting St., 803/796-1516, Mon.–Sat. 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Sun. 1:30–5:30 p.m.), Antiques on Meeting (614 Meeting St., 803/791-0008, Mon.–Sat. 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.), and Marketplace on Meeting (550 Meeting St., 803/794-1000, Mon.–Fri. 10 a.m.–3 p.m.).
