Los Makos Restaurant (Carr. 3, Nagaubo Playa, Naguabo, 787/874-2353, Tues.–Wed. 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m., Thurs. and Sun. 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Fri.–Sat. 11 a.m.–midnight, $10–40) is a large modern restaurant with dining indoors and out, and a separate bar. It specializes in seafood, and its big seller by far is the local lobster, served in salads, soups, creole sauce, charbroiled, in garlic butter, or “Makos” style, accompanied by octopus, conch, and shrimp.
