Four Peaks Grill & Tap (15730 N. Pima Rd., 480/991-1795, www.fourpeaks.com [1], 11 a.m.–2 a.m. Mon.–Sat., 10 a.m.–2 a.m. Sun., $15–25) showcases its unique Tempe-brewed beers at this North Scottsdale location. The curious can find a full listing of beers, with their alcohol contents, on the chalkboard. The Kiltlifter and 8th Street ales are local specialties, but serious hopheads will enjoy the Hop Knot IPA. If you’re hungry, the Tap Room Tenderloin with beer-battered fries is especially good when upgraded from the hoagie to “beer bread.” And for those limiting their red meat intake, the veggie burger is one of the best in town.
