Dale Earnhardt Jr. has been voted NASCAR’s most popular driver six times. Earnhardt drives the #88 AMP Energy/National Guard Chevy Impala SS for Hendrick Motorsports [2]. He founded JR Motorsports in 1999 as his management company. It’s become a full racing operation with teams competing in all levels of stock car racing, including the NASCAR Nationwide series.

The 66,000-square-foot facility is a veritable shrine to “Junior,” with a wax figure of the driver created for Madame Tussauds, tires from his previous wins, trophies, race suits, and walls filled with photos. There is also a viewing window to watch crews working on cars.

If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of Earnhardt’s dog, Killer, lounging on the sofa in the lobby.
