Two breweries offering guided tours are in the Cooperstown [1] area. Located on a farmstead is Brewery Ommegang (656 County Rd. 33, 607/544-1800, noon–5 p.m. daily, adults $4, children free), the only brewery in the United States that brews all Belgian-style beers.
The Cooperstown Brewing Company (River St., Milford, 607/286-9330, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Mon.–Sat., noon–5 p.m. Sun., adults $3, children free) creates products such as Nine Man Ale, Old Slugger, and Strike-Out Stout.
